Professional Accomplishments & Experience;
Having nearly 25 years of experience in Wenatchee real estate has resulted in Carol receiving numerous professional credentials. She carries several professional designations including: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), e-PRO (electronic professional for internet based proficiency), RECS Member (Real Estate Cyber Society), and REI (Real Estate Innovator). She has served on the Washington State Board of Realtors Education committee and has written educational courses for other agents to use in meeting their continuing education requirements. She also has a vast network of real estate contacts in other markets as well.
Besides her extensive "in the trenches" sales experience, Carol has also owned and operated a motivational and sales training business (Seeds of Success). Max Jr. - Heavy duty military equipment mechanic (Humvees, tanks, etc)
Lisa - Interior design
Lana - Trained as a beautician but mostly works at home taking care of her 3 daughters and husband.
Jeff - Finish carpenter
Jeremy - Unemployed graphic designer
7 grandchildren: Jeremiah, Sarah, Dana, Scott, Lara, Rebecca, Michelle
2 great grandchildren: Calvin& Alysha
1 brother: Clair - a berry farmer in Corbett, Oregon

Hobbies

Most surprising trivia about Carol:
She won a national sewing contest at the age of 14, competing
with over 55,000 entrants. She constructed a flawless pink & white
checked gingham dress with hand stitched smocking. That is sew cool!
