Carol's Wenatchee Real Estate Blog: Year In Review

Dear Readers,
On May 16th of this year (2005) I made my first post on this blog... with the intention of sharing my experience and knowledge of the Wenatchee real estate market, and real estate in general.   Since then, to this date, I have made an additional 153 posts for a total of 154 posts with a fairly wide range of topics.

The blog is enjoyable for me to do, but it is a big time committment to keep posting on a regular basis.   There are many blogs started across the country, with good intentions, but when the reality of the time committment sets in, they are abandoned... or posted to rarely.  I found one other Wenatchee real estate blog.   There were only 10 posts the entire year, 4 in January and 6 during all the rest of  2005.  In this one other blog the months of  March, April, June, August, October and November did not have a single post.  How useful can that be?  My philosphy is that if you're going to do something, do it with passion and make it worthwhile.    Now, this other agent may say: "Oh, I was too busy to post".  Well, I was busy too and, frankly, I find the busier I am, the easier it is to post about what's going on.  The more active the market, the more interesting.

I've tried not to make the blog about me but, instead, about the Wenatchee area real estate market conditions... some specific information and some more general information.    I want to be your main source of real estate information inthe Wenatchee market area.

I hope you find the information useful, informative (even entertaining at times).   If you have suggestions for improving this site, please let me know.

In addition to this blog, I also maintain two other blogs:
Real Estate Investment Blog
My Personal Blog

Cheers!
