Wenatchee Real Estate Bubble -Continued

Yesterday, I espoused my opinion that the Wenatchee real estate market will not experience a burst in the housing bubble.  This is a popular topic of discussion in the media these days because the nation, as a whole, has never experienced this kind of sustained market activity and price increases.  So, some people are compelled to predict a "correction".   Perhaps this IS the correction.  There was a lot of pent up demand for homes and a multitude of factors, including low interest rates and flexible financing packages, have made it possible for more people than ever to follow their dream to home ownership.

Wenatchee has been, and will remain, an attractive place to purchase or build a home.  Remember, our median home price is still $75,000 below the state average... so, relatively speaking, still on the affordable side.

Have a happy & safe Memorial Day!
