Can you believe how fast the time goes by? 
Tomorrow is tour day again... already.
 We must be having fun!

It's Tuesday evening and I have tomorrow's tour list in front of me. 
Here's the run down on the new listings tour for Wednesday morning:

Wenatchee side:
9 homes ranging in price from $29,900 - $495,000
  
East Wenatchee side:
5 homes ranging in price from $145,700 - $344,500

Cashmere:
2 homes  $209,000 & $212,900

Additional info from last 7 days activity:
4 residential Pending Sales reported 
   3 low end mobile homes $14,900 - $39,900 and, 1 fixer upper @ 66,900
   (These are list prices, not necessarily actual sale prices)

8 pieces of acreage or residential lots

9 closed sales
   5 homes from $44,000 - $80,000
   4 pieces of vacant property from $30,000 -$77,500

I'm not sure what to make of all this.  It looks like the low end homes are getting scooped up and, yet, when I showed a home listed at $226,000 it had 3 offers the first day (according to the listing agent).
