Yesterday I posted some pictures showing a vast amount  of open land on the higher elevations above the cities of  Wenatchee & East Wenatchee.  Who knows how much sprawl will ultimately take place, but there are plenty of home builders hoping the current trend continues. 

Some of the more prominent builders (not in any particular order) in the Wenatchee real estate market are:  Bill Pershall Properties, Gold Construction, Bollinger Construction, First United Home, Real Homes, Stimac Construction, and Fischer Construction.  Two builders that, to my knowledge, do only high end custom design building work are: Helton Builders and Southwick Construction.  This is not a list of ALL the contractors in our area, but are some of the more prolific ones.  If you'd like a list of the entire membership directory of the North Central Washington Builders Association, click here.
