Here is the latest "hot sheet" info as of this morning.  This covers real estate in Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Rock Island, Malaga and the surrounding areas. There are a few more new listings than usual  because two blocks of condos were released:

   They are listed separately or could be sold together for $229,000

7 lots (5 with acreage + 2 residential lots)
     Acreage ranged from 1.2 acres - 10.2 acres

26 single family homes (11 condos, 16 detached homes)

1 duplex

3 properties went pending
   20 acres listed at $85,000, much of which is steep rock cliffs 
   2 single family homes listed at $145,000 & $164,000

12 properties went from pending to sold (price ranging from $120,800 - $155,000)
