Today there are 13 new listings on our weekly real estate tour:

8 in Wenatchee ranging in price from $105,000 (mobile home on land in Malaga)  to $443,900
    The interesting thing to note here is that there are only 3 homes under $200,000... so "affordable"
    homes are getting to be even more scarce.

5 in East Wenatchee ranging in price from $149,000 - $699,000
   Here there are two homes under $200,000. 

So, out of 13 listings only 5 are under $200,000. 

Ummm...
