Yesterday I was posting information about the new listings on tour... and commenting on the small percentage of which were priced under $200,000 (5 of 13). 

Today's hot sheet shows 15 new pending sales, none of which were listed over $133,000
Today's hot sheet shows 6 newly closed sales, the most expensive of which was $119,500.

Considering these factors, I began wondering if the inventory of higher end homes is building up, while the inventory of homes under $130,000 is literally selling within days of being listed and closing quickly.  I'll have to do some more research on that!
