* Under $400,000 - 3 bedroom rambler (retirement home), preferably with an acre (or large lot) and a view. 

* Under $375,000 -  3-10 acres, with home for retirement

* Under $350,000 - Newer 3  bedroom rambler (one level or  daylight basement o.k.).  Need extra parking for RV.

* $125,000 - $155,000 - 4 bedroom (or 3 bedroom with office) in Wenatchee or East Wenatchee.  
    Needs garage and plenty of parking.

* Under $125,000 - Ground level condo for rental, and eventual retirement

* Acreage in rural setting.  Some timber.   Price negotiable

* Acreage on the northern side of Badger Mountain. 

* Always watching for  fixer upper properties (under $80,000)

* Always looking for multi-family units (duplex, tri-plex, 4-plex).
