I decided to do a simple tracking of inventory on a periodic basis.  This will be for the Wenatchee and East Wenatchee areas, and does not extend into Cashmere, Leavenworth or Chelan.   If anyone out there wants me to publish  those areas, let me know:

From current inventory vs sales figures, it appears we need more income properties available to sell.   I can, personally, attest to this because I always have clients looking for good income properties to buy.    They sell very  quickly.  On the other hand, it looks like we have a little over 3 months supply of "homes" (without adding any more inventory).  This can be deceiving, though, because there are some price ranges that are experiencing a more serious shortage. 

Note:  The "homes" category includes everything in single family residential (including mobile and manufactured)
