Realtor Tour Day in Wenatchee

It was realtor  tour day again, and there were:

6 new listings in Wenatchee ($119,900 - $234,000)
   The least expensive home is a 1468 sq.ft., 3 bedroom, 1.5  bath  home built in 1928
   There were two homes tied for most expensive at $234,000:
       One is a 2404 sq.ft 3 bedroom, 2.75 bath home built in 1980
       The other is a 1806 sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath home built in 2000

4 new listings in East Wenatchee  ($159,900 - $385,000)
   The least expensive home is a 1456 sq.ft. manufactured home, built in 1990.  This is not a drive-by and
           shows serious pride of ownership and a beautiful yard with wonderful tile work in the back yard.  It also
           has a big garage and extra RV parking off the back.
   The most expensive is a 3854 sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 2.75 bath condo in the Country Club Crescent development
           across from the   Wenatchee Golf & Country Club
