Wenatchee Real Estate: Update
Wednesday is the day we realtors go out and look at new listings on the market. We're seeing a recent decline in the number of new listings. There are only 6 homes on tour in Wenatchee this week and none in East Wenatchee or outlying areas.
Here is a summary of the tour list:
$122,900 - 3 bedroom / 1 bath, 1200 square feet, built in 1977... went pending after the tour sheet was printed
$134,000 - 3 bedroom / 1.5 baths, 1224 square feet, built in 1968
$169,900 - 3 bedroom / 1 bath, 1728 square feet, built in 1948
$175,000 - 3 bedroom / 2 baths, 1538 square feet, built in 1993
$265,000 - 3 bedroom / 2.5 baths, 2450 square feet, built in 1986
$349,900 - 3 bedroom / 2 baths, 2800 square feet, built in 1924 (1 acre zoned for multi-family units)
