Mortgage Declined!
On my main Wenatchee real estate website there is a link to a short, yet interesting, article about the top 10 reasons mortgages are declined. Surprisingly, the number 1 reason was "no credit file", meaning the applicant has not established enough credit because they pay cash for everything.
