I found an interesting and informative article on the Inman News feed this morning.  It pertains to the risks sellers face, despite an active market... where multiple offers, for over full price, are becoming more  common.  It seems like a dream to sellers, but  can turn into a nightmare.  This applies to the Wenatchee real estate market, as well as the market in general.
