Here is a summary of the overall market activity for the 2005 year to date. 

Wenatchee / East Wenatchee / Malaga / Rock Island area:
   Residential single family:
          Sold: 449  
          Avg price: $188,573
          Avg. days on market:  96

  Manufactured Homes
       Sold:  38
       Avg price:  $106,322

  Manufactured Homes

       Avg days on market:  137

Note:  There is also a "mobile home" category, which is generally a "manufactured home"  on leased land.  However, some agents get "manufactured homes" (with land) into this category and the statistics get mixed up, so I have left the "mobile home" category off.  Therefore, the manufactured home statistics may not be as accurate as the other categories.  You might also notice that the average price of manufactured homes in the Cashmere real estate market area  is nearly as much as the "stick built" homes.  This is most likely because the manufactured homes most often come with some acreage, and not just a standard size lot.
