* Home with around 2500 on one level (with a view)  up to $350,000  (They like the Fancher area)

* One level condo or low maintenace home   $up to $300,000
* Short term Lease/Purchase home with back yard and soaking tub    $150,000 range
* Fixer rental house   $ Negotiable depending on potential   $ under 130,000

* Always need:  Duplexes, 4-plexes and other multi-family  income properties
* Always need:  Fixer upper single family residences  $ Any price range

* Large view lot with trees and privacy,  near Mission Ridge   $ Negotiable
* 20 - 40 acres - price negotiable
* 10 - 20 acres on Badger Mountain (owner contract)
