Here I am endorsing another business.   I discovered a new BBQ restaurant in Cashmere that is out of this world.  I do like BBQ, but don't generally go  GaGa over it.   

Country Boys Southern Style  BBQ ( at 400 Aplets Way ) in Cashmere had me eating like a starving orphan and swearing not to wash my hands after dinner, so I could lick my fingers for the rest of the day!    My husand and I shared a BBQ Chicken Thigh Dinner (3 thighs, and two side dishes). We selected a side of baked beans and cole slaw.   Besides the really good BBQ Chicken, the beans and cole slaw were very good also.   I ordered a large  side of cole slaw and potato salad to go... so when I get hungry I can snack on them.
