More New Loan Programs

$$$signs.jpgOn my other blog, I made a post about another  new concept in home loans.... at least I had never heard of it before.  It's called "Shared Appreciation Loans".    Go ahead and check it out.     If you don't want to partner with a lender, perhaps  a family member would consider it.
