1.jpgHave you ever seen those ads that say something like:  "Homes As Low as $1" ?  Did you think it was a scam?  Well, in some cases you actually can buy a home for $1... but, as an article at Bankrate.com says, they sometimes come with strings as large as tow ropes attached.   Still, there are some genuine opportunities and this article is worth a read.
