Wenatchee 2005:  $196,347
Wenatchee 2006:  $221,124  (up 13%)


East Wenatchee 2005: $199,110

East Wenatchee 2006: $234,642  (up 18%) 



The total number of homes sold in the Wenatchee and East Wenatchee areas so far in 2006 was up about 5% over the same time period for last year.
