Carol, I still love that rock house. Please list it for me so I can come buy it! :) List it cheap, so I can afford it too!

Don't make promises you won't keep. :-) If I do list it at a price you can afford, do you promise to buy it and move to Wenatchee? Then I'd have some serious (friendly) competition in the market. :-)
