Carol Williams Wins Bragging Rights
On Halloween, I wrote an opinion piece about hesitant first time home buyers. Kristal Kraft, an agent from Denver encouraged me to enter it in a contest, being sponsored by Active Rain, an online community of real estate professionals from across the nation. Colleen Kulikowski, the judge, was in Florida. I was shocked to be notified that my article won the "opinion" section of the contest. I was honored and inspired to keep on blogging.

Congrats on winning the blog writing contest. I followed the link and read your story. I think if every potential buyer would read that story they would be inspired to get into the market at some point. For so many reasons, as you pointed out, it's much better to buy and make payments towards your own future than rent and pay of someone else's investment and future. Good job Carol!
