Preparing For A Home Inspection

One of the other real estate blogs I like to read is the Seattle "Rain City Guide".   Recently I came across this article written by one of the guest authors giving some pointers to sellers on things to do before the buyer's home inspector arrives.  These pointers are universal, serving homeowners in the Wenatchee real estate market and across the entire country.
