Here's a piece of information you may find useful regarding the  difference in how streets  are named in Wenatchee vs East Wenatchee.:

* The streets with numbers in Wenatchee are spelled out: 
   First St., Second St., Third St., Fourth St., Fifth St.... etc. etc. etc.   

* The streets with numbers in East Wenatchee use the actual numbers:
   1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th... blah, blah, blah.
