For those people who really want to buy a home but are not in a position to get financing because of low credit scores, I have good news! There is a program available that may allow you to get into a lease/purchase, with up to 2 years to raise your credit scores in order to get financing. The greatest advantage to this program is that the selection of homes is very large. We've always had a severe shortage of lease/purchase homes in the Wenatchee area.
