Buyers With Credit Issues
Do you know people who want to buy a house now but, because of low credit scores, cannot qualify? I am now affiliated with a group of investors who buy houses for people who cannot finance through a traditonal lender. In a nutshell, here's how the program works:
1) You choose the house
2) Our Investor buys the house for you
3) You move into the house on a two year lease-to-own agreement (at a pre-set price based on today's values). During the two year lease period our credit counselors work with you to get your credit scores up so you can get good financing and get the home in your name as soon as possible. Many of our lease-to-own tenants finance within 18 months. With prices constantly going up, locking in a price today will save you in the future and give you instant equity in the home of your choice.
