There would probably be a few Realtors that would get a lot out of reading your book as well. I know there would be in my area of Massachusetts :) Although the down market is weading quite a few of them out!

Hi Bill, Thanks for visiting my blog. I know you came over from AR. Our association has budgeted for a 20% drop out rate from agents in the new year. Our market is still healthy, but we are experiencing something of a slow down... partly seasonal, partly due to the lending crisis, and partly due to the slowdown elsewhere. It's a mindset, something of a self-fulfilling prophesy due to the negative media.
