Wenatchee Valley Home Shoppers Beware
I'm going to harp on forecast appreciation rates for the Wenatchee Valley again. Wenatchee is, literally, one of the hottest markets in the entire nation and it doesn't look like any slowdown in sight for the near future.
At the current forecast appreciation rate of 27% for 2007, a $200,000 home in today's market will cost around $254,000 in two years. I know it's already difficult for first time home buyers to find something "affordable". But, it's going to get worse. If ever you were thinking of buying, do it now before prices go up any further.
If you don't have the money for a down payment, or have credit issues holding you back, I can probably help you anyway. If you have a job (with verifiable income), I can most likely get you qualified for a two-year lease purchase home with a very attractive pre-set buy-out price. I have access to a very large inventory of homes, in every price range, for you to choose from.
