Within the next few weeks, I will have 4 2-bedroom condo units available to pre-buy in Cashmere. We will begin upgrading and make one model unit available to preview. You will be able to select your unit and pick your colors if you buy before the remodel is complete. No firm price has been established as it will depend on the cost of renovations. They will be priced somewhere between $129,900 - $149,900.
The building is only 11 years old so the renovation is more of an effort to upgrade and modernize some of the floor coverings, counter tops, and appliances.
