Wenatchee: Star Appraisal & Home Inspection Service

I recently closed on a custom home construction transaction.  For over a year, I have been working with Wayne & Susan Gerald while their dream home was being built in East Wenatchee.  It is now complete, they are relocated (from the wet side of the mountains) and Wayne says he's ready to go to work!



Here is a copy of an e-mail I received from Wayne earlier in the week:

Usually I can get to a job within a day or two. Completion and email of completed inspection within 24 hours. I even like to work on Saturday ( typically morning ) or Sunday's if needed. Service and quality oriented with over 20 years experience.


I plan to concentrate on home inspection and maybe later a little appraisal business in the valley.  I do not want you to just like my inspections, I want you and your clients to fully enjoy the reports with the details, photos and content.
