Parkside Condos on Stella StreetYesterday I noticed a couple of new condo listings pop up, so I went to preview them today.  The Parkside Condos are located on Stella Street, off McKittrick and not far from Wenatchee Avenue.   Here is a link to the full detail on one of the Parkside Cono listings.


I'm going to talk with the listing agent to get more details about the roll out of the entire project.  There are only two units listed, but I think there several buildings of 4 units each that will be offered ultimately. 

I previewed the model unit this morning and it is nice.  It's even staged to set the ambiance.   However, at $191.26 per square foot for the 1150 square foot 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit listed, it seems a little on the high side.    Other condos  in the Wenatchee area (excluding luxury or riverfront) are listed in the $151 - $170 per square foot price range. 



You can currently buy new a construction home in Wenatchee (with a yard) starting at $161 per square foot.  Seems this high density constructon should give a price advantage per square foot.  Not sure how to explain the pricing.  Perhaps they can enligten me.
