New Listings: Week of 08/06/2007
I was talking with a newly referred prospective client this morning and he was mentioning that one of the agents where he currently lives (in California) posts new listings and price reductions every day. For people who are seriously shopping for a home, I can see how this would be beneficial.
My assistant and I watch the hot sheet like hawks and make recommendations to our clients accordingly. So, for those of you out there who want to watch the hot sheet with us, I will try to post the "24 hour Hot Sheet" every day (or as often as feasible given my work load).
Here is a link to the new listings for the entire week of August 6 - 11, 2007. This link will be good for 30 days, but inventory constantly changes all day, every day, so contact the TOP Team for the most current information:
